I think you should involve video analysis to the training sessions.i am a professional cricketer myself and represent the Maharashtra team. also you might include half-day fitness camps which are more or less like trips for children. they will enjoy. also that will help them keep connected to the academy.

are you setting it up in Pune. Please do let me know if you require coaches.
