C++ Development Team Leader/Senior Manager

The position is a senior one and will require proactive interaction with other internal departments, such as Hardware, Electronics and Web Development. Your responsibilities will also include managing a small team of similarly skilled developers. The reporting line is directly to General Manager, with frequent reporting to the CTO.

Required Technical Skills

You must be able to clearly demonstrate a minimum of 4 years experience in each of the following categories:

• Must possess strong C++ skills in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment
• Experience in WIN32, MFC, ATL, GDI+.
• Excellent system programming skills on Microsoft Windows platforms (XP, Vista and Win7)

Secondary Technical Skills

You must be able to demonstrate at least 1 years’ experience of one of the following technologies:

• DirectShow video capture and playback
• DirectX 3D rendering
• Custom Controls, for custom built, design lead, user interfaces

Personal Skills

You should be able to demonstrate the following personal attributes and experience:

Web Developer

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Hardware Engineer
