Drop Step Front Foot Block
Hello, I am a young cricketer and have come across the drop step front foot block. Although when I bowl I can't seem to get it right. I have watched Catherine Dalton demonstrating it but I can't do it in speed. Also will the duraband cricket training kit help me because people only get muscles after puberty.

You cannot expect to do anything in 'speed' immediately. First off, you need to do it without your top half, without your action, just working on the correct motion of the legs. Then you add in your action, then you walk, jog, run, with and without ball, and you get the idea. The ball shouldn't even be in your hand during your first few training sessions.
Purchase Ian Pont's How to Bowl Faster course from Pitchvision and watch the drills he suggests.
