13 year old boy needing tips!
Hello everyone!
I am Anwaar ansari , i am 13 years old!
I play cricket everyday and i am also a part of my school's cricket team!
As I am an all-rounder, I need to bowl and bat!
I have heard that many users here give very good tips so i needed some batting and bowling tips!
And I get tired after bowling an over!
Any tips on how to have more stamina and be fit?
Yours truly,
Anwaar Ansari

I'm going to be honest and say that to get better at cricket you are going to have to get out of the house. You can do mirror drills and ball in the sock type stuff but sometime you are going to have to go and do some proper practice. Being a good cricketer means you practice at cricket, not sit in the house. Sorry if that is harsh, but it's reality.

I reckon your best chance would be to find just a field or largish patch of grass in the area. that way you can practice bowling

Finding a brick wall with no windows in it and 20 yards clearance is a huge help. Then you can bowl against it, and even bounce a tennis ball or golf ball off it and practice your batting.
I grew up as a kid in the countryside, and this was my most common method of practising!

Yes, it's all about getting creative and trying as hard as possible to replicate game conditions.
