We are seeking applications from exceptional candidates for the role of Strategy & Planning Analyst, to join Cricket Australia’s influential and dynamic strategy team.
The responsibilities of the Strategy & Planning Analyst will be spread across four major areas:
- Strategic projects, generally cross-functional and/or national projects that have a significant impact on the future of Australian Cricket
- Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the Strategy for Australian Cricket, and the allocation of investment capital in accordance with that strategy
- Providing strategic advice to the CEO, Executive Team and Board of Directors, via key analyses and presentations
- Working with CA departments and stakeholders to analyse, plan, implement and report on various strategic initiatives
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience working in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank (eg. BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Macquarie). You will also have a passion for applying your strategic skills in a sporting context for the benefit of cricket.
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills are essential. You must also have first-class interpersonal skills, the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and a genuine desire to make cricket Australia’s Favourite Sport.
