CRICKET JOBS: Strategic Programme Analyst - Cricket Australia (Aus)

We are seeking applications from exceptional candidates for the role of Strategic Program Analyst, to join Cricket Australia’s business transformation team.
You will predominantly be focused on the One Team Program – an organisational wide transformation program and play a significant role in the program management office responsible for the development, maintenance and tracking of all core program documents.
You will analyse key data sets, review and produce documents to support the program and the associated projects through its lifecycle, drive effective planning and assist with program management and completion. You will also deliver first class support to the Project and Work Stream Leads in the form of analysis, research, asset development and other critical core support.

- Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation, organisation and project management skills
- Must have first-class interpersonal skills, the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and a genuine desire to make cricket Australia’s Favourite Sport
- Proven ability to successfully elicit and document requirements and get results with minimal supervision and appropriate questioning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
- High level of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously and with conflicting priorities
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word Skills
- Credibility and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Initiative and strong problem solving skills
The ideal candidate will have 1.5-3 years of experience working in a professional services environment (e.g. PWC, KPMG, and Accenture) or relevant experience in a corporate program management office. You will also have a passion for applying your diverse skill set in a sporting context for the benefit of cricket.
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills are essential. You must also have first-class interpersonal skills, the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and a genuine desire to make cricket Australia’s Favourite Sport.
