The WACA is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to take on the full time role of Regional Cricket Manager- Mid West based in Geraldton.

This role involves growing cricket participation through the highly engaging and fun entry level programs such as in MILO 2CRICKET and MILO T20Blast! You will also be activating strategies to increase participation of traditional and non-traditional cricket competitions for males, females, CALD and indigenous participants across schools and the community.

You will be actively identifying talent in the region and utilising local and state pathway programs along with skilled volunteer coaches to develop identified players.

Facilitating coach education programs and also ensuring the overall sustainability of cricket in the region are other key functions.

Working closely with the Regional Cricket Board, you will assist map, assess and identify all stakeholders needs.
