CRICKET JOBS: HR People Partner - ECB (UK)

This role will play a key role in the developing People Team and will be responsible for providing a progressive operational HR service. The role will also have a number of projects to deliver.
This is a new role within the People Team.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Job specific
- To manage day to day relationships with line managers on people matters
- To manage organisational change projects including, culture, structure and team development
- To work on projects that drive the ECB towards their goals
- To give advice to employees and managers on people matters, work, job roles and manage it through from start to finish
- To partner managers in recruitment including attending interviews, preparing interview scripts etc
- To represent ECB and the People team at other locations as and when needed
- To manage cases as and when they arise such as sickness, disciplinary, grievance
- To prepare and communicate HR KPI’s and stats such as headcount, turnover, diversity etc and be able to make recommendations
- To review and write policies
Person Specification
- At least 5 years operating at a Business Partner level
- Experience of managing end to end operational case load incorporating effective change management techniques
- Solid understanding of Employment Law
- Ability to build credible, effective working relationships across all levels
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to write and develop policies
- Project management skills
- Experience of delivering projects that move an HR team forward
- Creative
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Can do attitude
