CRICKET JOBS: Operations Administrator - Glamorgan CCC (UK)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the SWALEC Stadium to work within the Operations Department as Glamorgan Cricket prepares to undertake a busy 2015 season.
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual to work as part of an experienced team to deliver the Investec Ashes Test match and full domestic calendar of events.
Job Title: Operations Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £7.5k
Duration of Contract: 7 months fixed term contract (16th February - 16th September 2015)
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
2. To work alongside the Stadium Manager and Operations Coordinator to ensure all operational aspects are met for the 2015 Domestic Season
3. Manage the Volunteer Programme for the 2015 Season
4. Co-ordinate operational projects for the International Matches.
5. Assist with the day to day running of the SWALEC Stadium (including Reception Cover)
6. Assist with the planning and delivery of the Investec Ashes Test match and International t20 match.
Person Specification:
1. Educated to degree level - Desirable but not essential
2. Competent I.T. skills particularly use of Microsoft Office
3. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
4. Willingness to work as a part of a team
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evening and weekend work
6. Good planning and organisation skills
7. To be customer service orientated
