Reporting to The Head of Market Development, The National School Participation Manager is responsible for positioning cricket as a valued partner of the education sector, including teachers, parents and students.. The role is accountable for driving and expanding cricket’s participation and fan base by ‘embedding a culture of cricket’ in Australian schools, helping set Australian children up to live healthy and active lives, by developing their physical literacy and fundamental movement skills through cricket initiatives delivered in and out of classroom.
The role is responsible for the management and continuous monitoring, review and improvement of all school based market development programs, including:
• School Ambassador Program
• in2CRICKET Skills
• T20 Blast School Cup
• Cricket Smart
• Sporting Schools
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an in depth understanding of the Australian education landscape, having worked within or in partnership with the sector. Your ability to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders is outstanding, as is the passion and drive you will bring into this truly exciting opportunity. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
