The Sydney Sixers are seeking A hard - working and energetic Membership and Ticketing professional who has a passion for cricket and the Big Bash League.
The Sydney Sixers Membership, Ticketing & Hospitality Manager will be responsible for the management of our membership program, ticketing function and developing other revenue streams including group ticketing, corporate hospitality and unique events.
What you will be doing:
- Development of Membership Strategy in conjunction with General Manager, Sydney Sixers
- Manage the membership marketing process including new members, renewals and corporate memberships
- Develop Membership Pack inclusions and liaise with relevant partners throughout the process
- Manage IMG set up, database and EDM programs.
- Create strategy and manage ticket build and seating maps
- Manage the Hospitality sales process and strategy
- Improve ticket yield via premium ticketing packages and ground segmentation
- Drive group ticketing sales via club, school and association stakeholders
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Membership, Ticketing and Sports Administration
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience in sales and revenue creation
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
- Superior communication skills
- Highly organised, efficient and a structured thinker
- Team player with the ability to work with varied stakeholders
- Ability to work extended hours in season
