CRICKET JOBS: Memberships Assistant - MCC (UK)

The image and reputation of MCC (the Club) is essential in maintaining the status of Lord’s as the Home of Cricket. Consequently, the Club places a high importance on quality services for Members and a polite and professional customer service ethos.
We are now recruiting a Membership Assistant to support a variety of administrative processes, supporting the Club membership, including registration of new candidates on the waiting list for membership, maintenance of the candidates’ waiting list, and administration of meetings between prospective candidates and the Club’s endorsers.
The role also requires handling of correspondence and enquiries from the Clubs members and the general public with respect to subscriptions, different categories of membership and the candidates’ waiting list.
You should be smartly presented with good written and spoken communication skills and excellent customer service skills. In addition, knowledge of, and an interest in cricket is also essential, along with excellent IT and numeracy skills, attention to detail and flexibility, especially during the cricket season. Some similar experience would also be advantageous.
