The WACA is currently seeking a dynamic person with exceptional administrative skills to fill the role of Membership Coordinator.

As a member of the Membership team, reporting to the General Manager- Membership, you will be facilitating the administration of WACA Membership.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
 

•     Assisting with the delivery and execution of match day Member experience for International and Domestic cricket fixtures and other events as necessary
•     Acting as a point of contact for Members on both match and non-match days
•     Assisting the Membership Office Team Leader with the annual membership renewal and fulfilment processes
•     Assisting the WACA Membership Manager with the management and growth of the membership waitlist
•     Assisting with the coordination and execution of Member functions, services and activities
•     Undertaking administrative tasks to service existing and prospective Members, including: the management of Member transactions over the phone, in person, by email and via order-form
•     Maintaining the accuracy of the membership database, which includes existing, new and prospect membership account details

The Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
 

•     Exceptional attention to detail
•     Proven experience working in an administrative or similar role
•     Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel
•     Proven experience in customer service
•     Excellent communication skills
•     Accountability, disciplined, steadfast

The following will be considered favourably:
 

•     Training in retail or point of sale systems
•     Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software
