CRICKET JOBS: Media Rights and Broadcast Manager - ICC (Dubai)

The International Cricket Council (“ICC”) is the global governing body for the sport, which administers all aspects of international cricket. The role will be based at our headquarters in Dubai.
We are currently looking for a Media Rights & Broadcast Manager who would be responsible for managing the commercial relationships and contracts between the ICC and its media rights partners.
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsibilities of the Media Rights & Broadcast Manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as the primary point of contact within the organisation for media rights partners/licensees
- Work closely with media rights partners on delivering contractual obligations
- Create and implement plans and processes for contractual compliance
- Assist the Head of Media Rights, Broadcast & Digital with media rights and digital rights sales
- Lead the department on approvals and use of marks, supported by the Media Rights and Broadcast Officer
- Work alongside the sponsor servicing team on opportunities around broadcast sponsorship
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Experience
- 8-10 years of work experience, including 3-5 years of relevant experience in media rights or broadcast
- Experience with contract management
- Sports production background an advantage
- Sales experience an advantage
- A good understanding of world cricket and its network with experience within cricket an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Conditions of employment
- The position is based in Dubai and will report to the Head of Media Rights, Broadcast & Digital
- The selected candidate to furnish two recent work references.
- Compensation offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
