CRICKET JOBS: Community Junior Cricket Administrator - WACA (Aus)

The WACA is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to provide support to the Community Junior Cricket Council (CJCC) and WACA Game Development department.
The Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) is the governing body of cricket in the state of Western Australia, home to WA’s elite teams, the Warriors and the Western Fury, and the T20 Big Bash League’s Perth Scorchers. It oversees the development of the game across a variety of metro and regional areas, age groups and communities. The WACA’s vision is to make cricket Australia’s favourite sport, in conjunction with Cricket Australia, and to be the leaders across national team representation, elite team success, participation, engagement and fan experience.
As a contractor, you will provide administrative support to the CJCC Associations in relation to fixtures, maintenance of rule reviews and collation of participation statistics.
You will attend monthly CJCC meetings and Tribunal cases as required, providing superior administration support inclusive of distributing of agendas, recording of minutes and dissemination of case outcomes.
Reporting through to the WACA Formats and Volunteers Coordinator, you will maintain the CJCC website and other communication requirements including social media. While you will physically work externally of the WACA, you will be very much part of the Game Development Team assisting to strategically drive the growth of the game in the metropolitan region, gaining feedback from community clubs and retaining best practice ideas.
On average you will undertake 12 hours per week with some increased hours over the summer months.
