CRICKET JOBS: High Performance Coach - NZ Cricket

New Zealand Cricket has a vacancy for a High Performance Coach, reporting to the GM High Performance. As well as being Head Coach of the New Zealand A, New Zealand XI and New Zealand Under-19 teams, the HP Coach will also contribute to the development of players identified as having international potential by providing specific cricket input into their individual performance plans, through coaching individuals directly, or engaging other specialist coaches as required. The role also has input into the identification and education of high performance coaches nationally.
Essential qualifications and experience are:
- NZC Level 3 cricket coach (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with a national or regional sporting organisation or HP academy
- Recent experience in cricket at provincial, franchise and/or international level and/or coach education
Candidates who also have a qualification in high performance sport and experience of running high performance monitoring programmes for player pathways specific to cricket would be favourably regarded.
This is a full time role based at our High Performance Centre at Lincoln.
