You will be a motivated cricket professional with demonstrated interpersonal and management skills.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing and delivering of Elite Cricket's High Performance Individual Coaching, School Holiday, High Performance Academy, Consultancy and Specialist Programs.
• Managing a dynamic team of coaches
• Program planning and administration
• Developing new coaching opportunities and driving business growth
