CRICKET JOBS: Fan Engagement and Marketing Co-ordinator (Domestic Cricket) - NZ Cricket

NZC is currently driving a new focus on domestic cricket following a strategic review. We are establishing a new role of Fan Engagement and Marketing Coordinator to assist the GM Domestic Cricket with marketing plans, brand development, advertising, promotions and licensed products, as well as supporting the delivery of events and liaising with players and commercial partners.
Based in Auckland, this is a full time permanent role.
The ideal applicant will have a qualification in marketing and experience in several of these areas:
- Driving marketing campaigns
- Brand management
- Advertising agency experience
- Sports Event management
- Relationship management
- Highly computer literate (inc. design skills)
Cricket is New Zealand’s premier summer sport with 150,000 people currently playing the game, making it one of the most widely played sports in the country.
New Zealand Cricket is responsible for the administration and development of cricket in New Zealand, with delivery of grassroots, club, school and representative programmes managed through six regional Major Associations. NZC also administers the New Zealand men’s international team, The BLACKCAPS and the women’s international team, The White Ferns, as well as the New Zealand A, New Zealand Under-19 teams and emerging players.
