Sussex-based Lindfield Cricket Club are looking to recruit a new Director of Cricket to help shape the club’s cricketing ambitions over the next few seasons

Steeped in history, the Club has evolved greatly since its beginnings in 1747 and is now recognised as a growing force in Sussex cricket, with its Academy section particularly admired.

They are looking for an individual who can help shape the direction of the Club as it aims to consolidate its place in the upper echelons of cricket in the County and challenge for promotion to the SPCL’s Premier Division

There is particular interest in finding someone who can enthuse and motivate the existing membership, who can bring a fresh approach to training and selection and who can help recruit new members to the Club as well as improving the links between the Club’s Academy and Senior sections

This could be an ideal opportunity for  a player/coach, possibly a former first-class or Minor Counties player, who is looking to pick up a few hours coaching each week
