This will include; input into the creative process down to choosing the appropriate media and style; producing artwork and submitting proofs for review; liaising with print suppliers and finishing as required to design specifications. It is imperative that all work is delivered to a high standard of quality and accuracy as is expected of the MCC and Lord’s brands.
This role will suit someone who has recently achieved either a degree or diploma (or equivalent) in Graphic/Digital Design, or can demonstrate proficiency through experience. With a passion for Design, you must be able to work without supervision to meet multiple deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy is key, as are good literacy and communication and organisation skills. Flexibility will also be required during the cricket season as you may occasionally be required to work shifts and during weekends. An interest in cricket would be advantageous.
