CRICKET JOBS: Cricket Development Officer - Oxfordshire Cricket (UK)

This role is pivotal to enable Oxfordshire Cricket to work within the Game Wide Strategy, ‘Cricket Unleashed’, specifically under the ‘More Play’ area. Participation within Cricket will be a real focus for everyone involved in the game.
You will be joining a high performing team who work in an entrepreneurial and collaborative way to support and grow the game both locally and regionally. This role will suit a dynamic individual with drive and passion for sport and the benefits it can give to individuals and communities. There is a clear and proven pathway for progression within the Oxfordshire Team and other key cricket development bodies, including the ECB. Oxfordshire Cricket have a proven track record of being a high quality employer, who invest in the development and progression of its staff.
The post holder will be responsible for leadership of Cricket Development in the first instance in the areas of Women and Girls, Club Development in the Vale/West and Club Competitions.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team, to maximise the development of new (and existing) opportunities and programmes within the business. The CDO will influence others by demonstrating continuous improvement.
