Northants Cricket is looking for a Commercial Manager and are willing to offer a competitive Salary

• Generating commercial income, with a particular focus on securing and managing commercial sponsorships. 
• Identifying potential target markets, generating and following up leads 
• Developing relationships with existing and potential new sponsors and successfully influence and build sustainable business outcomes. 
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract. 
• Managing the delivery of benefits for commercial partners including the development of new sponsorship and partnership proposals. 
• A knowledge of the local Northampton business community is desirable but not essential.
