Performance Cricket is a leading Cricket and Multisports Coaching company in the Berkshire and South Oxfordshire area. Performance Cricket works with local cricket clubs, primary, secondary and private schools to deliver high quality cricket and Multisports through our junior and adult programmes, our cricket academies, curriculum and after school programmes.

Performance Cricket are looking for high quality cricket and Multisports coaches to join our thriving and passionate team from September 2016.

Main Duties

• Coaches are required to work in a variety of environments including community cricket clubs, pre schools, primary, secondary and private schools.
• Coaches must be confident in delivering sessions which includes a wide variety of sports including cricket, Multiskills, football, rugby, tennis and athletics.
• We are looking for coaches who are enthusiastic and passionate with developing and improving children's resilience, team work, confidence and enjoyment through sports and physical activity.

Essential

• GCSE or A Level Equivalent in PE and Sports Coaching Degree or Higher Level Sports Development or Sports Coaching Qualification
• DBS certified or able to pass DBS certification
• Child Protection ad
• First Aid Trained
• Minimum Level 2 ECB qualified coach
• Able to Drive Experience of working with PE co-ordinators or teachers to discuss and plan curriculum and after school sports provisions.

Salary: Salaries & coaching fees negotiable based on experience. We are looking for part time and full time coaches.
