CRICKET JOBS - Cricket Coaches (AF Academy UK)

The Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy is looking for 2 coaches to work as part of our 16-18 years Educational Programme starting in September 2014.
The primary responsibility of the job is to deliver and develop the coaching programme for Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy and work in partnership with Barnet & Southgate College.
There will be 6 hours of coaching time and 2 hours of administrative duties per week. The role will include coaching individual techniques, team tactics, and helping to support the student’s progress through their ECB qualifications as part
of the course. The successful candidate will also be required to help develop individual training programmes with students. Coaching hours will be set each term with more time allocated for matches in the summer term.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-organised coaches who are passionate about junior cricket coaching. A good level of experience is required. There will also be opportunities for holiday coaching hours as part of the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy.
Requirements:
- ECB Level 3 Cricket coach.
- Desired: Full Drivers Licence (including Minibus Drivers Licence), knowledge of Strength and Conditioning programmes.
- Cover letters and CV’s to be sent with Barnet & Southgate as the heading.
