CRICKET JOBS: Schools Cricket Academy Coach - Twenty 20 Community Cricket Company (UK)

You will be helping to set up, and coaching on, our not for profit Primary State School Cricket Academies in your area.
16-20 year 5 & 6 state school children will attend each school Academy. based at their school all year round for 30 weeks.
Sessions will be for an hour and a half after school each week. There will be few, if any sessions in December or most of January due to weather.
Payment will be up to £1,200 per school based on at least 16 children attending with payment skewed to the summer.
As well as following our coaching framework you will need to signpost children without a cricket club to the nearest club and follow up with parent, child and club to ensure engagement.
It would be ideal if you were a club junior coach at a club needing more 10 and 11 year olds.
After each session you will need to add a short player report within 48 hours for parents to view and players will be assessed every quarter.
Full training will be given prior to starting.
