Coaching Position– St Anne’s Cricket Club (Claremont, Tasmania)
St Anne’s Cricket Club is currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Playing Coach for season 2014-15.
The successful applicant will have, as a minimum, Cricket Australia Level 1 coaching accreditation, or willing to complete the Level 1 coaching course prior to season commencement.
The Club has a proud history and has been very successful in recent years. St. Anne’s Cricket Club was formed in 1965, The upcoming season sees a major milestone in the Club’s history is its 50th Anniversary which will be celebrated in 2014/15.
The club is based at the picturesque Cadbury Oval (next to the famous chocolate factory) upon which we have developed our own licensed clubrooms. Together with a quality playing venue with two ovals, the club has one of the best facilities in the competition.
The club presently fields three senior teams and five junior teams. The junior teams have grown from three in our initial season to five in only three years and we continue to attract boys from the area and beyond. The club is mindful of the impact that this programme can have in terms of developing a player pathway to our senior teams in the future
The successful applicant will require an excellent work ethic and a strong desire to learn and develop their personal and team skills. We believe this position offers great opportunities for any energetic and motivated coach to further their coaching career.
