Senior Club Coach 2015/16 - Ferndale Lynwood Cricket Club

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with minimum 10 years experience playing/coaching at any 1st grade competition level. Ferndale Lynwood Cricket Club has 4 sides represented in the Perth Cricket Association (PCA), ranging from 2nd grade to 8th grade.

At this stage we are seeking a coach who will work with players from all grades, maintaining a level of interest and fairness, regardless of player's ability. This individual will bring a positive yet authoritative personality, who can build a rapport with playing and non-playing members through their actions.

The position will be well paid, and details will be discussed with the committee upon review of the application. You are required to submit a 2 page cover letter outlining your experience in cricket and coaching, covering both strengths and weaknesses. An extra section covering your professional career outside of cricket is highly recommended also.

Finally, Ferndale Lynwood Cricket Club is a successful club financially, with over 70 paid playing and non-playing members and an active committee. On field our 2nd grade side are currently playing finals, with our 4th, 6th and 8th grade sides positioned near the bottom of the ladder. The successful applicant must show how they intend to cater for these lower sides in pre-season, training and game day, as these sides are just as important as our top grade.
