Cricket NSW is seeking experienced, motivated and energetic Head Coaches for the 2014/15 metropolitan Academy program for age group 13s to 16s. The Head Coach for each age group is responsible for implementation of the program which facilitates excellence in team and individual preparation and performance. 

• Develop and implement a training and competition preparation program 
• Engage specialist coaches where required in consultation with YPM-Male. 
• Attend all training sessions. 
• Coach the team at all matches that your squad is involved in. 
• Attend the CNSW Coaches Conference/Forum. 
• Abide by and actively enforce Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW policies. 
• Complete session plans before each training session. 
• Complete player evaluations and reports. 

• Minimum Level 2 Cricket Coaching Accreditation or its overseas equivalent. 
• Working with children completed check. 
• Demonstrable results in elite sport as a coach. 
• A comprehensive working knowledge of current cricket coaching techniques. 
• Strong organisational skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Demonstrated use of technology. 
• Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and work irregular hours in-season 
• Ability to work to strict guidelines. 
• A current driver’s licence. 
• Available on weekends and weekday evenings.
